Robert and his staff did an impressive job with my hardwood floors and steps. They did a great job cleaning the floors before buffing and applying 2 coats of Bona Traffic coating. The results were outstanding and I highly recommend Robert for all your flooring needs.

Robert was a true artist and able to do a difficult job in a timely manner. I have an old house with parquet floors and he was able to do a beautiful repair. I highly recommend.

I got a few quotes and advice before deciding to go with Robert at Artistic. He was the most knowledgeable of them all and explained every detail that needed to be done with advice along the way so I felt the most comfortable going with him. My floors had a lot of pet stains and sanding marks from previous work done so I decided to go with a true black stain. Robert explained the pros and cons of a dark color but made feel confident in his work to pull it off. He did not disappoint as I'm completely satisfied with the work done. He kept me up to date with the work being done and let me know how long the process would take along the way. Robert takes pride in his work and is very down to earth so he's easy to talk to. You wont be disappointed as he will make sure you're completely satisfied before the work is complete. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking to refinish their floors.

Robert and team did an incredible job sanding, staining and total refinish on original 73 year oak floors that had been covered for the last 50 years. I was unsure how well they would turn out but he assured me they would look great and they certainly do. He and his team are very cordial and down to earth with over 30 years experience. He thoroughly explained the entire process and the time lines associated with the job. Everything from explaining poly types to stain choices to everyday conversation was informative and enjoyable. If you are looking to have your floors done you need to look no further. Go with the wisdom and experience of Robert and the Artistic floors team. Robert did a fantastic job on sanding down my Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors. I had some very deep scuff marks and scratches, and he managed to get them out. I was very pleased to arrive home and see how shiny my floor was .
